Mangalagowri Bhat is our Chief Transformation Officer. She has over 13 years of experience in Company Secretarial and Trust & Fiduciary Operations / services. She joined Axis Trustee Services Limited in 2011 as a part of operations & Servicing team and has led strong teams. Her area of expertise includes handling complex trusteeship products viz., REIT, INVIT, debenture trustee, security trustee, AIF, M&A and IPO escrow structures, development of operational policies, and other corporate functions.

She spearheaded the industry first trusteeship services for “REIT” and successfully manages all the 3 REIT structure currently set up in India. With her extensive experience and domain expertise, in 2021, she was appointed as Chief Transformation Officer where she is in charge of  the organisational transformation to establish itself as a full suite Digital Trusteeship services provider. 

Mangalagowri is a Bachelor of Commerce and qualified Company Secretary and an Associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.  Also she holds executive certification on “Digital Transformation” from IIM Lucknow.
