“Alternative Investment Fund” (AIFs) means any fund established or incorporated in India and/or Gift City in the form of a trust or a company or a limited liability partnership or a body corporate which,  is a privately pooled investment vehicle which collects funds from investors, whether Indian or foreign, for investing it in accordance with a defined investment policy for the benefit of its investors;

Our Services Include:

• Executing and Registering Indenture of Trust
• Arranging PAN/TAN, opening of bank account etc
• Facilitating AIF registration with SEBI
• Executing Investment Management Agreement and vetting private placement memorandum
• Vetting and executing Contribution Agreement (amongst Investment manager, investors & Trustee)
• Overseeing functioning of the Trust including appointment of Auditors, attending to investors’ grievances, signing of financials, filing IT return etc Obtaining compliance certificate on fund operations from Investment Manager in line with SEBI guidelines.
