Anil Grover
Anil Grover is our Chief Operating Officer (COO). Anil is a Senior Banker with more than 28 years of experience in Banking, Credit Risk Assessment, Asset Liability Management, Treasury Controls, Project Financing, credit operations & control, etc. He has held key leadership roles which includes risk management, automation, audit, SOX quality control, and advisory services to a broad spectrum of companies with a focus on the financial services sector.
He has acted as a sounding board and advisor to top management and boards of corporations on business operations, financial management & reporting, internal controls & processes, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate strategy. He has been associated with Yes Bank, ICICI Bank, Allahabad Bank, and IndusInd Bank to name a few.
Anil is Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University of Delhi, fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, qualified Cost & Works Accountancy from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and postgraduate in Senior Management Program from IIM Kolkata.
